This deferred payment option is available exclusively to verified business customers and is subject to the following terms:

1. Eligibility

   • This service is only available to UK-based business customers purchasing on behalf of a registered company, guest house, hotel, or holiday let business.

   • Approval is subject to a successful credit check conducted by our approved invoice factoring partner.

2. Credit Check & Approval

   • All applications for deferred payment will undergo a credit assessment.

   • We reserve the right to decline the offer of deferred payment based on creditworthiness or other risk factors.

   • Customers will be notified within a reasonable timeframe if their application is approved or declined.

3. Payment Terms

   • If approved, full payment will be due 90 days from the date of invoice.

   • Payment must be made to the invoice factoring company as directed in the invoice.

   • ​

4. Interest & Late Fees

   • No interest will be charged during the 90-day period.

   • Failure to pay on time may result in late fees, additional interest, or legal recovery action by the factoring provider.

   • ​

5. Order Fulfilment

   • Orders will be processed and shipped as normal once the deferred payment terms are confirmed.

   • In some cases, we may require a deposit for large or custom orders.

   • ​

6. Changes & Termination

   • We reserve the right to modify or withdraw this payment option at any time.

   • Any changes will not affect existing agreements already in place.
