We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy, we offer refunds and exchanges under the terms below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return an item within 14 days of delivery if:

2. Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on:

3. Damaged or Faulty Goods
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund and cover any return shipping costs.
4. Return Process

Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or replacement

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days
Return shipping is at the customer’s expense unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
